WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Once shipped, delivery is within 2-5 business days in the USA.

For Canada, delivery is within 4-10 business days.

For UK and most of EU, delivery is within 5-15 business days.

For Australia/NZ, delivery is  within 5-15 business days

For rest of the world, delivery is within 5-20 business days.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our customized jewelry is made in the USA and Amsterdam. All USA and  Canadian orders ship from the USA. All others ship from Amsterdam, unless the product is not available. 



WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE?

Shipping insurance is offered at checkout. It's provided by Adoremejewelry and covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact our support team.

Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.

 

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES?

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

That's simple! Just head over to our "Track Your Order" page and enter your order number and email address. Once entered, you will see all the information regarding your order.

 I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. U.S and Canadian orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers. INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our Amsterdam  fulfillment center. 

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Confirmation of order emails are sent for every order so make sure you provide a valid email address at checkout and make sure to check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
